Roof top hot tubs with view of city at night were fantastic, well appointed and clean rooms in boutique style smaller hotel, all staff consistently friendly and helpful, included breakfast was extensive (beyond continental) easy 2-3 block walking distance to St, Michaels hospital and Eaton Centre, parking 20$, valet 30$, checked in early at 11 and parked car through 3pm next day”

“The location was excellent. It was close to a lot of different restaurants and shopping centers and it was a 10 minute walk from my he subway station and just beside a stop of a streetcar. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I arrived at 11 am and was immediately checked in. The room had everything from an oven and coffee machine to an iron. The temperature was perfectly set when I reached my room and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff were attentive and professional. The WiFi was fast and free throughout the whole hotel.”

“The facilities and staff were wonderful. The room was spacious and with a small kitchen, which really helps if you just want to stay in. It had two TV's, one close to the bed and one to the sofabed (which was actually really comfortable). Bathroom also great. I did not use the heated pool, only really checked it out, but it seemed really clean and big enough. During the winter the rooftop is still open, though I also ended up not suffering through the cold to check the jacuzzi. Breakfast had a lot of variety, and it also was possible to take some boxes food to take to the room.”
