Upon arrival, the front desk staff who checked us in didn't make us feel comfortable or welcome. I requested for a room change in so many occasions due to the level of noise nuisance coming from the other rooms on the floor to no avail. The housekeeping staff did not do a good job cleaning our room: they replaced the glasses, but kept the same ice bucket from the day before. Same sheets on the bed. Although I requested for late check-out, staff came to my door and firmly reminded me that I've extended my stay until I had to remind her about my request at which time she claimed she would bring it to the Management's attention: I decided to leave at that same moment. The areas around the hotels are not safe, as there appeared to have gang activities. Overal, I was not satisfied with my stay.”

Hotel is located downtown near the Hudson River which provides a nice location for morning walks and exercise. The New York State Capitol is only blocks away. Lots of historical buildings with informational markers located nearby.”
