“The room, hotel and pool area were impeccably clean, the staff helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom/shower very clean and working well. For the price, this is an incredibly good deal. The breakfast is also good value for money and kids under 12 eat free when purchasing an adult meal. The kids portions are not small either. The breakfast staff were swamped but kept a smile and ran like madwomen trying to keep up. That being said, I give them a high five because they were really working hard at keeping everyone happy. I suggest hiring more staff, for both their sake and the client's. The location is literally 2 blocks away from the Bell Centre, and a few extra blocks away from the train station. Great location!”
