“Very modern room. Newly renovated. Comfy and relaxing I love that you can access the subway to downtown Toronto by walking inside the building to the mall. Made it easy to commute to Bay & Bloor in the morning in less than 1/2 hour. I left my glasses behind and the customer service helped me figure out how to fed ex them home! “The beds and room are very comfortable and spacious, and the layout and design beautiful. I stayed at a Novotel in Madrid, which is why I booked them for our Toronto stay, as I had such a wonderful experience there. However, in Madrid, the breakfast was included, I would like to see that other North American Novotels do the same, not just at the highest price points. The location is close to many restaurants, a cinema, grocery store, and the subway and parking are perfectly situated.”
