“When the first room wasn't what we were expecting, the employee at reception immediately offered to give us a different room without charging us the difference or having to argue for it. (They were very, very different rooms and would definitely have cost more than what we'd booked.) The living room area was quite large and comfortable, and the kitchen would have been perfectly good to cook in if we'd wanted to.”
