"My husband and I were visiting my parents over New Years. We found this hotel easy to locate off hwy and parking was included in room rates. Check in was easy and staff were very friendly. Rooms were basic but very clean. We didn't use any of the facilities and we opted not to pay the extra for breakfast. Gas station on the corner and several little stores nearby including Markham Station ( a 24 hr diner) that served pretty good food. Food basics is also in that the plaza. The bed was comfortable but pillows were a bit too soft for my liking."

"The location is just off the 401, so it’s easily accessible. The cleaning lady was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The front desk staff on Sunday morning was friendlier and smiled. We also liked the lady in the room at breakfast who was polite and allowed us to stay and finish our breakfast after closing the doors."

"A basic room in an older hotel, but the beds were actually very comfortable. The walls were very thin but surprisingly noise was not an issue. We were there on a Saturday night. In room fridge. Indoor pool."

"The beds were decent to sleep in, the room was clean. The TV had enough channel variety to keep our 7 & 8 year olds happy. The staff went over and above - my husband in trying to figure out the remote - accidentally started a pay per view movie - he called down to the desk and within 10 mins they were able to cancel the movie and we were not charged for the error."
