“We received a free upgrade which was wonderful. The breakfast was lackluster but high tea in the Windsor Tea Room was exceptional. The staff were very accommodating and attentive. It was pricey but worth it for a treat. Of course being within walking distance to high end shops and restaurants is a bonus. I recommend eating a main meal off-site as the restaurant is pricey and not worth the expense. Other than that the hotel is to be appreciated by those who like old world elegance. Definitely for couples. I highly recommend the spa as well. My husband and I enjoyed the salt cave.”
