“It was convenient, a little hard to find at first tho. The staff was wonderful. Grace was a joy. Beds were comfortable & the pillows were amazing. Can you provide me with the name of the company, I would like to purchase one. I have a very difficult time finding a comfortable pillow. A great feature here was the free laundry. “Staff, facilities and cleanliness all excellent. Although a breakfast is not included or offered we didn't miss it. We find inclusive breakfasts in some hotels of poor standard. The snacks, yogurts etc. on offer at decent prices were more than adequate.”

The front desk staff was so helpful and calm...considering the workload that night. Kudos to all I encountered that night and the next morning...nothing better than good service. Our GPS took us right to the hotel our first night of arrival, but had difficulty returning to the address each time thereafter. We stopped and asked another hotel for directions and we're told this happens frequently in the area.”

“Huge rooms, everything in them (kitchenette) and you can borrow items if needed. The Bed is super comfy, towels fluffy, plus the place is very clean (new). There is a gym room though i did not check it out. Did not find it that noisy, but it is an airport hotel after all.”
