“The staff are mostly hotellerie and culinary university students and are VERY swell prepared. The rooms are spacious with a balcony overlooking the city and the Mont Royal. Breakfast is included & is very good. The neighborhood is wonderful, with the metro Sherbrooke metro stop two steps away to access every possible neighborhoods in Montreal, and the Latin quarter all around, as well a 15 minutes walk to the bottom of the Mont Royal for hiking and views. The restaurant l'Express, a Montreal classic is 15 minutes walk up St Denis. Would definitely come back!”

“Culinary Institut in the building, we made a reservation and had a gourmet dinner one night. Sherbrooke Metro station right downstairs, great for getting around Montreal. Concierge was extremely happy to direct us to points of interest. Outdoor balcony with a view. All rooms are on the top two floors. Parking garage with access below the hotel.”
