“The beds were SUPER comfortable. The location downtown was fantastic. There were several stores and restaurants around. Plus there is a great view of downtown Calgary when you leave the front hotel including Calgary Tower. Our room also came with a complimentary breakfast where there was an assortment of delicious food to choose from. The hotel seems to be a small converted apartment building. You don't need key cards to enter rooms which is super handy. They are all by code including the front and back doors so its a safe hotel at night. Our booking was also changed: The hotel called a few days before saying that some of the rooms were damaged by flooding. They re-accommodated us to another room(It was less than what we wanted. We asked for 2 Qn beds, and we ended up with 1 Qn bed and a Qn pullout + patio) and also provided some extras on the house. Very accommodating and understanding to our needs and wants. I really liked how they handled the situation, it didn't take away from our experience at all.”
