“The staff were always smiling, it seemed! Great location, right down the street from Massey Hall (I was in town for Tori Amos). Deluxe room on sixth floor was bigger than my first apartment...lol wayyy bigger (and wayyy nicer). Loved the separate dressing room (with makeup mirror and another closet!). The room was clean and quiet. I was solo for this stay and felt safe and very comfortable here. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in Toronto!”
