"The first room we were given was not clean. The shower was dirty with old soap still in the shower. The bed linens were dirty. There was no microwave or mini fridge in the room either. I am not sure how it was not noticed! Front desk staff was gracious and apologetic and changed our room immediately. Next room was slightly bigger, and the beds were clean. The bathroom could have been better. Wall paper peeling, holes from old towel bars that were removed in the wall. Shower did not look like it was washed, just rinsed out. We wiped it down before use. This room was ok but smelled like smoke...in a no smoking hotel. Burn marks on the sink counter. The beds were new and firm and the pillows were nice. The TV reception was horrible...the picture was snowy. Overall it was just ok. Kitchen staff and morning front desk staff were lovely."
