“The room was cozy and came with a private shower. There is no elevator so the rooms on upper floors might not be ideal for people with bad knees but I'm sure someone would help. It was within walking distance from the bus station so I could leave my bag there (in the locker, if you have a ticket to travel out of the station) for 5 Canadian dollars and it was very convenient.

“Excellent and friendly staff, adequate continental breakfast served with a smile, plenty of heat and hot water (this was a subzero period in Montreal), and a great location across from a Metro station. Clean rooms in a hotel with character and charm. Be prepared for stairs. And parking is, well, cozy. It all worked, however, and we would definitely consider staying at l'Argoat again.”
