“The staff were wonderful on all ends! I couldn't seem to get my reservation right over email and the staff were more than accommodating when I needed to make changes. Once we got there, everyone we dealt with was helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were clean, the soaps and creams were excellent quality, and all for a reasonable price. The location was also a nice surprise, with lots of restaurants, cafés and shopping close by. Overall, an extremely positive experience. I wouldn't hesitate to go back the next time I visit Calgary!”

“Beautiful hotel; it seems compact at first, but once you're inside it reveals itself to have a nicely designed modern/business vibe. The bed was perfectly comfortable; the room was dead silent, never heard another person; lots of inputs for device connectivity; super-strong wifi; great location right downtown; INCREDIBLE breakfast that far exceeds expectations (and that goes for the quality coffee too); and the staff really make a difference (I had one staff-member really help me with a business-connectivity situation and really went above-and-beyond to ensure I was able to do what needed to get done). Overall just a real gem of a place with AMAZING staff members.”

“Breakfast definitely exceeded my expectations. The room was small but well appointed. The bathroom had in-floor heating, a very modern and clean shower and toilet (heated toilet seat and toilet light!) and L'Occitane products, which made the whole stay feel more luxurious. The soundproofing was better than in most hotels, for the most part I couldn't hear other guests at all. The window opened enough to allow for fresh air. The location was perfect, close to the downtown U of C campus and extremely close to restaurants and shops on 17th Ave.”
