“Everyone was welcoming (even the other hotel goers). They were extremely friendly and fit themselves around me, I had gotten the morning bus to Calgary from Banff and I was just going to drop my bag off and they said they'll check if they had any rooms available straight away. They had an upgraded room so they upgraded me for free - just so I could have a nap, which was incredible. The Keg, Starbucks and Liquid Lounge are all inside the hotel and all fabulous. It's about a 4-5 minute walk to princes island and maybe 10 minutes to the Tower, it wasn't a long walk at all. All in all, it's a fantastic hotel and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.”

“Great location. Starbucks and Keg in the hotel and mall is an easy indoor walk away. Staff (Max) went above and beyond to make our stay a great one! My husband and I temporarily live in different cities and met in Calgary to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and watch our son play hockey. Max at the front desk checked us in and went above and beyond to celebrate our anniversary. From upgrading our room, sending wine and chocolate covered strawberries up to complimentary breakfasts, Max really did make the stay so nice. This was our 4th trip to Calgary in the last couple months staying at a different hotel each time. We will 100% be coming back to the Westin for all future trips. Really all staff we came across were super friendly and just made the stay so nice!”
