“We love the smaller hotels, where staff actually recognize you coming and going. Staff here were wonderful, available for every need, and to help with any exigencies. When our city tour failed, they looked for another tour for us right then and there w/out asking. Housekeeping was overall excellent, with only one small hiccup in our case. When planning the trip, the concierge (Tony at that moment) cheerfully took time to talk with me about restaurants, so we got great food, good fun, and a grand sampling of the Montreal cuisine. This is a new hotel in an interesting area, with lovely rooms, but also great meeting/conference space. Go and Enjoy!”
